The renewed cages can be made larger by upgrading from two flotation rings to three ring formats which greatly increases their resistance and reduces the possibility of deterioration in stormy offshore conditions. The cages can also have Fusion Marine’s new safety decking fitted so as to meet the latest regulations and ensure the safety of workers. The combined strength of the three main flotation pipes ensures they are more than capable of coping with the huge stresses caused by the containment net and mooring attachments.  Fusion Marine can offer on-site service in Spain for the upgrading of existing cages, or offer technical support for companies opting to carry out the work themselves, with Fusion Marine supplying the materials for the refurbishment.
