The data shall be incorporated into a personal data automated file, registered in the Spanish Data Protection agency, which is governed by the 15/99 Act of 13th of December on Data Protection.

3. Personal data will be deleted once no longer necessary or relevant to the purpose for which, it was collected or recorded.
DATA SECURITY:
Given the state of technology, the nature of data stored and the risks to which it is exposed, human action as well as, physical and natural environment, technical and organizational measures have been taken to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration loss or unauthorised access.
RESPONSIBILITY OF CONFIDENTIALITY:
Confidentiality regarding the data and the obligation to safeguard it will persist even after ending relations with the owner of the file or the Entity responsible of it.
DATA TRANSFER:

ACCESS RIGHTS:
1. Those interested will be entitled to request and obtain free information about their personal data, the origin of such information as well as the assignments carried out or planned of it.
2. The information may be obtained by certified letter including a photocopy of the Identification card or Passport of whom requests it, sent to the organizations postal address.
RIGHT OF CORRECTION AND CANCELLATION:
1. The right of correction and cancellation of personal data is ensured within a maximum period of 10 days of reception.
2. Should the corrected or cancelled data have previously been assigned the Entity or person in charge shall be notified of the alteration and also obliged to carry out the specific changes.
3. Personal data must be kept for the relevant provisions or for the contractual relationship between the organizing Entity and the person concerned.
