The government of the Autonomous Community of Galicia will be represented at the World Fishing Exhibition and Aqua Farming International through the stand of the Xunta de Galicia, the body in charge of the Galician government and currently composed of the President and ten regional Ministers.
There will be a series of bodies and entities in the Stand of the Xunta de Galicia, such as the Consellería do Mar (Regional Ministry of the Sea), through the Dirección Xeral de Ordenación e Xestión dos Recursos Mariños (Directorate General for Organization and Management of Marine Resources), the Dirección Xeral de Desenvolvemento Pesqueiro (Directorate General for Fisheries Development), the Dirección Xeral de Competitividade e Innovación (Directorate General for Competitiveness and Innovation), INTECMAR (Technological Institute for the Marine Monitoring of Galicia), CETMAR (Technological Centre of the Sea) and the Public Body Ports of Galicia; the Secretaría Xeral da Consellería de Presidencia (General Secretariat of the Regional Ministry for Presidency), together with the Subdirección Xeral de Cooperación Exterior (Sub-directorate General for Foreign Cooperation); the Xacobeo 2010; the IGAPE (Galician Institute for Economic Promotion); the ATRUGAL (Galician Association of Trout Fish Farms); the Consello Regulador da Denominación de Orixe Protexida Mexillón de Galicia (Regulatory Council for Galician Mussel with Protected Origin Denomination) and the CETGA (Galician Aquaculture Cluster).
