Scotsman España SLU comes to the World Fishing Exhibition to present its new range of EVE machines, a ‘proposed winner’, according to the company, for the needs of storage, processing and transport of the companies dedicated to industrial fishing.

‘In the range of EVE machines, the quality begins in the evaporator, the heart of the systems of the ice factories, where stainless steel of high quality and thickness, AISI 304, is used, with its superior rendering which it clearly manages in the most extreme conditions’, explains Scotsman España SLU.

What is more, they maintain that the design and fabrication of these machines, all of which are certified to the required level of the CE and the PED, are oriented to allow easy maintenance and rapid reparation.
